Cub Scouts from Pack 825 participate in Cleaning Carrboro – National CleanUp Day.

 



On Saturday, September 19, 2020 volunteers from Pack 825 helped rid our environment of litter! Scouts were assigned a cleanup route along the railroad tracks behind the Carrboro Harris Teeter and collected ten bags of trash! Well Done Scouts!

2023 Trip to USS Yorktown - Operation Overnight

Pack 825 was thrilled to return to the historic USS  Yorktown , located in Charleston, SC for the first time since 2019 for Operation Overnight. During our two-night stay, we slept on board the aircraft carrier in traditional Navy berthing compartments and ate meals in the ship's galley. We learned what life was like for Navy sailors and saw some of our military's most notable airplanes and ships up close. The USS Yorktown is a floating museum that includes a flight simulator, a hanger deck, movie theater, and so much more.  It was an amazing opportunity and an awesome adventure!
