In spite of the unique conditions, Cub Scout Pack 825 managed to remain active through the summer of 2020. In June we participated in a virtual pack graduation and bridging ceremony – a last chance to say farewell to our graduating Arrow of Light Scouts as they set off on the Trail to Eagle. In July we were honored to have North Carolina State Representative Greig Meyer join us – virtually of course – to discuss with our scouts how they can be active participants in improving their community. And finally, on August 1, in celebration of the World Scouting Movement’s International Scout Scarf Day, Pack 825 took part in a drive-through Scout Scarf Presentation event. Cubs received their new neckerchiefs as symbols of not only their identity as members of the World Scouting movement but also their den membership within the pack.
